By accessing and using VibeSheriff, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

VibeSheriff provides automated security scanning services for web applications. Our scans are read-only and designed to identify common security vulnerabilities in AI-built applications.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only scan applications you own or have explicit permission to scan
• Verify ownership via DNS TXT record or well-known file before scanning
• Not use the service for malicious purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Accept that all checks are read-only and never modify your data

4. Limitations of Service

VibeSheriff performs automated security checks and provides reports based on common vulnerabilities. The service does not guarantee the detection of all security issues, and reports should not be considered a comprehensive security audit or certification.

5. No Liability

VibeSheriff is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our service or reliance on scan results.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. One-time report purchases are non-refundable. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cyprus courts.
